A puppy and a pattern

I have not been blogging for a long time. There are circumstances that prevented me from doing so.  Last month I tripped over stairs while I was out shopping and damaged my foot ligaments.  According to the doctor I needed  to take bed rest and the damage would take 3 - 6 weeks to heal. Something I don't mind, but practically it is impossible. There is so much to do, and to leave it all and lie back is  unthinkable. Then to top it all my dog gave birth to a puppy, just one puppy, quite unexpectedly. The first few weeks were tough because the mother was so fiercely possessive about her pup and would not let anyone come near, but now she has calmed down. This is the pup whom we are now extremely fond of. He is very playful, friendly and very aggressive.

Meanwhile, I tried working on the Twirlz earring pattern. I consider a diagram is very important part of the pattern.  I downloaded a pattern making software and struggled in vain, finally giving up on that. I managed to get the rings right but the chains would not connect. I was probably was using the wrong software.

I  decided to use the picture for the thread count as I was not able to make the diagram.

You need 2 shuttles, size 20 thread and 66 size 11 seed beads.
For a single earring earring thread 33 bead on the thread, but when winding CTM slide 12  beads on shuttle A and 21 beads on shuttle B.
